La ciencia detrás de los datos de esta lista de Great Place to Work
El 2020 fue un año inesperado, llegó y nos cambió muchos esquemas dejándonos grandes aprendizajes.
Las 19 empresas que conforman este ranking desafíaron a la incertidumbre, se adaptaron a los cambios, combatieron a las malas noticias, aportaron a su comunidad de forma siginifcativa y marcaron la vida de sus colaboradores con acciones que sobrepasan la responsabilidad laboral. Humanizaron más a sus empresas y hoy lideran este ranking.
Los resultados son muy positivos tenemos a 6 nuevas empresas en esta premiación. El índice de Clima organizacional subió dos puntos del 2019 al 2020, hoy el BMK es de 85, el 91% de los colaboradores de estas empresas están altamente comprometidas con su organización, este indicador creció también 2 puntos. La experiencia de innovación mejoró 3 puntos con respecto al año anterior y en la misma proporción mejoró el Liderazgo efectivo.
